Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through the Sassy Full Stack Fitness Supplement Shop.
Order Processing
After an order is placed, it will be reviewed and processed for shipment.
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and any additional review needed before the order is shipped.
Orders are processed during business days only. Weekends and holidays may affect processing and delivery timelines.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping method available at checkout.
Delivery may take longer in some cases due to carrier delays, high order volume, product availability, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.
Tracking details are usually sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been shipped.
If tracking information does not update for several business days, customers may contact support for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or unsuccessful. If the order has not yet started processing, we may be able to assist with an address update.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they begin processing.
Once an order has started processing, it may no longer be possible to edit, cancel, or update the order. Customers should review their order details carefully before completing checkout.
Shipping Delays
Although we aim to ensure that orders are processed and shipped as smoothly as possible, delays may happen.
Shipping delays may be caused by carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volume, product availability, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or events outside our control.
Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost in transit, customers should contact support with their order number and tracking details.
Lost package issues should be reported as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review.
Each case will be reviewed before a replacement, refund, or further action is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact support as soon as possible.
To help us review the issue, customers should provide:
- Order number
- Full name
- Email address used at checkout
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
Damaged, defective, or incorrect order claims should be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
International Shipping and Customs
International shipping may be available depending on the product and destination.
Customers outside the United States may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not controlled by Sassy Full Stack Fitness and are the customer’s responsibility.
International delivery may also take longer due to customs processing, import regulations, or carrier
delays.
