This Refund & Return Policy explains how return requests, refunds, replacements, damaged items, and order issues are handled for purchases made through the Sassy Full Stack Fitness Supplement Shop.
General Return Policy
Because supplements are consumable products, returns are handled carefully for safety and quality reasons.
To be considered for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Return requests are reviewed before approval, and approval is not guaranteed.
Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned.
Change of Mind Returns
In some cases, change-of-mind returns may be considered within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for review, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
If a change-of-mind return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
All return requests must be reviewed and approved before any product is returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer should contact support as soon as possible.
To review the issue, the customer must provide:
- Order number
- Full name
- Email address used at checkout
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims should be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
If the claim is approved, the customer may receive a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost in transit, the customer should contact support with their order number and tracking details.
Lost package claims should be reported as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review.
Each case will be reviewed before a replacement, refund, or further action is approved.
Wrong Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the order may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable.
If an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
Refunds may not be provided for orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Opened or Used Products
Opened or used supplements cannot be returned or refunded unless the issue is related to a verified product defect or fulfillment error.
This policy is in place to protect product safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items and Fees
The following may not be eligible for refund:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products returned without approval
- Orders with incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Shipping fees, unless the issue was caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling or storage

Please include the order number, full name, email address used at checkout, and a clear explanation of the issue.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, clear photos of the product and packaging should also be included.
